Note that the writer doesn’t call difficulty sleeping a mental disorder and she doesn’t turn it inward? She states that many times it is caused by the environment or by the situation.
She doesn’t blame the sufferer for lack of sleep. Instead, she says that there are consequences if you are tired. Makes sense, eh?
